ORDER PROCESSING - Ordering on www.framingonthego.com is fast, easy and efficient. Simple, on-screen instructions take you through product selection and purchasing without excessive "clicks" or confusion. You should be able to complete your order in just a minute or two. And if you wish, we can securely store some of your routine information (addresses, etc.) for even faster ordering next time you visit. At checkout, you will be able to select your payment option. We welcome Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal, and your credit card purchases are instantly authorized and secure (see security and privacy statement below). Immediately after you submit your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please print or save it for future reference; you can use this information to  check the status of your order.

If you prefer to talk to a real live person or want to discuss your requirements or consult with us, just reach for the phone and dial our toll-free number (during East Coast business hours). If you leave an after-hours message we will call you back in the morning right after we plug in the coffee. You may also order by fax or mail, by following the instructions at checkout.

Product availability is updated regularly on-line, so in most cases you will know whether or not a product is available before you order it. However, we will always contact you as quickly as possible if there are unexpected changes in availability or delivery times.

We make every effort to ship all in-stock orders within one business day, and most orders within the 48 contiguous states are shipped by UPS ground service (alternate service may be used, depending on destination or other requirements). Expedited delivery services are available at cost; you will always be able to review and compare options and costs before finalizing your order at checkout. In almost all cases, you can easily track your order once it has been shipped.

RETURNS  - We will always do our best to help you, and especially to solve any problems to your absolute satisfaction. If you have a product-related problem or question, we ask you to contact us before returning your purchase. This will help us to determine the very best way we can assist you, and insure the most efficient handling when a return is required. We firmly believe the customer is always right. We will do what it takes.

SALES TAX - Current law requires that we collect sales tax for all taxable customers in our home state of New York. Appropriate local sales tax will be calculated automatically and added to your purchase at checkout.

Registration - Framing on the Go offers free registration, which provides automatic e-mail updates on items of interest, as well as periodic advance special offers. Information you enter in the membership form is used for the purpose of providing the requested services, and for improving our products and services overall. Your participation is completely voluntary and may be cancelled easily at any time. Again, nothing you tell us leaves our company without your permission, period.
